The Gazelle award is given annually to Norwegian companies that demonstrate strong, profitable, and sustained growth. Being named a Gazelle company means we meet strict criteria for financial health, growth, profitability, and consistent revenue increases over a four-year period.

What Is a Gazelle Company?

To qualify as a Gazelle company, a business must:

• Have approved financial statements for at least four consecutive years
• At least double its revenue over that period
• Show positive operating profit in all four years
• Maintain positive equity
• Achieve growth organically (not through mergers or acquisitions)
